Abdelhamid Bouchnak was born in Tunis in 1984. He is a Tunisian director and screenwriter. He directed his debut feature film, DACHRA, which was selected for the Critics' Week at the 2018 Venice Film Festival, and was honored as the closing film of the ceremony.
