FADWA (Palestine, 1999)

Documentaire - Vidéo - Couleur – 56’
Direction: Liana Badr

Synopsis

“In this film, I present the life of Fadwa Touqan, the famous Palestinian poet. I searched for the reflection of the colors of the rainbow illuminating her difficult life, which lit her childhood in her ancient house and the hammam…I did not search for her story only, I searched for my own identity…Fadwa’s life represents the changes of the life of her people and the tragic events they have lived through.” Liana Badr
