Synopsis

Aïcha, (20) a worker, dreams of a better life. Betrayed by her love, she takes refuge in solitude. Sofiéne, who has emigrated, returns to his village to find a wife. Adam, a disillusioned doctor, accepts a position in this same village. The paths of these three characters cross in this peaceful village.

The director:


Born in Tunisia in 1962. After a long career as assistant director on Tunisian and foreign films, he directs several short films. His first feature is «Paroles d’Hommes» in 2004.
