Synopsis

Scheherazade is this princess who told a story every night to her husband, the Sultan, promising him to continue her story the next night and thus saving her head, because the Sultan, after being betrayed decided to execute his wives after their wedding night. These stories, which fit into each other, from India or Persia, form the corpus of tales of the Thousand and One Nights.
