Synopsis

The first sit-in of the Arab spring, which took place in Tunisia shortly after the departure of Ben Ali. On January 23rd, in an unprecedented form of resistance, young people from all corners of Tunisia, marched towards the governmental headquarters in Tunis and settled in a sit-in at the Qasbah square. Following a week of disinformation and smear campaigns, the government decided to forcibly dismantle the sit-in.



Réalisateur


Rafik Omrani, was Born in 1979 in AL Kef. He graduated of the High Institute of Fine Arts-Nabeul In 2008, Rafik directed a ten minutes short fiction “Ali, the son of the Sultana”, and in 2010, a 5 minutes animation film “Sabaa Chicken” (Dajajet Sabaa).
