Porteurs d’images ( Maurice )

Presentation:

Festival based in Mauritius, Île Courts welcomes the collective Porteurs d’images. It also organizes training workshops, debates, roundtables and professional meetings. The festival is thus a meeting place for all actors in the short film field in the Indian Ocean region Île Courts functions like a real small factory. Workshops led by professionals offer participants the opportunity to lead a direction project until the end. Since 2009, 24 short films (fiction and documentary), published in four collections, have been produced in this framework.
