Synopsis
In an overburdened Tunisian public hospital, Mariem, an idealistic young doctor, crosses paths with Ahmed, a hopeful laborer, through his father Béchir, struck by metastasis. She struggles to care with scarce resources, while he fights to preserve his father’s dignity. Together, they confront a system where harsh reality stifles hope.
