As for ''TAKMIL'', the jury is composed of the south African producer Mmabatho Kau, the French artistic director Lili Hinstin, the French researcher Farah Clémentine Dramani Issifou, the French Lebanese editor Gladys Joujou and the Tunisian director Jilani Saadi.

- Award of Charbon-Studio: "Night nursery" from Burkina Faso.

- Award of Hakka distribution: "Souad" from Egypt.
