A woman Mianhua “Cotton” gets a job as a full-time caretaker of an old stubborn boxer who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease. She is hired by his daughter who despises all nannies. The man believes that Mianhua is his ex-wife whom he owed a love debt. Suddenly, Mianhua finds out that she got pregnant.
