In the spring of 2017, after finishing the documentary Animal World, the independent film-maker Ouyang Dong turned his camera on a foreign woman, Mary, played by an inflatable doll. However, in the process of filming Mary, he ran into various difficulties. The film bubbles with some dry humor.

Lam Can-zhao est né en 1994 dans le sud de la Chine. Il est à la fois auteur et réalisateur de films mais aussi producteur, monteur et écrivain. A l’âge de 20 ans, il entame sa carrière dans le cinéma avec son film THE DOG. Plus tard il réalise un court documentaire avec un Iphone qui porte le titre THE DAY BEFORE CHINESE NEW YEAR.
