Azzedine, world seated shot-put champion, prepares for the 2016 Rio Olympics. He urges his childhood friend Youssef to qualify despite the financial problems involved. The film shows how outcasts struggle to achieve the extraordinary to overcome the injustice that oppresses them in Morocco.

Hind Bensari first studied in London and then returned to Morocco. In 2012 her first documentary Break the Silence addressed Article 475 whereby a rapist can avoid jail by marrying his victim. In 2018, her first feature documentary We Could be Heroes won first prize at Hot Docs.
