Born in Zinder (Niger) in 1982, Aicha Macky is a filmmaker and activist. Trained in sociology, she then turned to documentaries. She obtained a Masters in documentary cinema in Senegal. Zinder was in competition at Visions du Réel and Namur International Francophone Film Festival.
