Synopsis

In a village in the desert, she disappeared, Maj’noun madly in love, went to search for her, Reality or utopia... The village gates separates them, The vastness of the desert keeps them away from one another. The madness of maj’noun feeds the fire of his desire, Leading him to the ecstasy of absence. His body exhausts itself in this quest, Will it lead him to her?

Réalisateur

Hazem Berrabah received his degree in Film Studies at ESEC in Paris and has evolved as chief operator in Tunisia and several Arab countries. He was cinematographer on several movies by Nacer Khemir, and some twenty short films. He has directed several video essays, a short fiction, "Refuge" (2007), and two documentaries "Caravan of Erg" (2011) and "The Way of Water" (2003)
