Synopsis

It’s 1999, during the Kosovo War. A train full of military goods is escorted by American soldiers across Romania and towards Serbia. But at Capalnita, right in the heart of the country, the station head refuses to let them continue…. The mayor takes advantage of the situation to organize a party in honor of the soldiers.
