Synopsis

Yusuf, a librarian in Istanbul, returns to the village of his birth after the death of his mother. Waiting for him is Ayla, a young girl who has been living with his mother and whom Yusuf doesn’t know. Like many in the village, she has a profound admiration for him from the days when he was a poet.
