Beyond its original purpose to promote Arab and African cinema, the Carthage Film Festival has always made the choice to open up to the rest of the world. This forceful philosophy contributes to a spirit of dialogue, sharing and peaceful confrontation of cultures, building bridges and facilitating the mobility of people and works.
The wave of freedom that engulfed Tunisia and the region will undoubtedly bring more colors and richness to this section presenting “Movies from around the world”.
Movie goers can expect to discover Asian Cinema in very interesting variations and recent films that made it big international Film Festival such as Cannes or Berlin 2012.
