Synopsis

This film tells the story of Madina who lost her sight in 2002. Madina is the only Malian woman that can play kora that is an instrument traditionally played by men from griot families in Africa.

Mamadou Cisse was born in Bamako, Mali. He has directed many short films and was a founding member of the Union of Designers and Entrepreneurs of Cinema and Audiovisual of West Africa (UCECAO)
