A poetic journey about loss. We follow the filmmaker Yaser from Syria to a remote highway rest area in Turkey. His brother was killed in Aleppo, and the sharing of memories with his father makes the sorrow and the monotone life at the rest area unbearable.

Born 1988 in Syria, entered the field of Photography while studying Economics at Aleppo University. He also participated in the Bidayyat program for documentary filmmaking, and courses in Video Journalism at DW Akademie.
