"Animation Cinema" is a subsection of "Carthage Digital", who seeks to provide a space of discussion and brainstorming on the african and arabic Animation Cinema sector. This panel aim to put the spotlight on animated films from 2D/3D to other forms of animation by debating and reflecting the African Animation. And for this first edition, "African animated films between artistic approach and know-how" will be the inaugural theme.
