Synopsis
In Bilesuvar, a forgotten city in southern Azerbaijan, characters are looking for a meaning to their existence without being overt. They reveal their desires, their feelings of abandonment, but also their intimate struggles. One story after the other, the soul of Bilesuvar takes shape.

Elvin Adigozel
Elvin Adigozel was born in 1989 and lives in western Azerbaijan. While working for a local TV station, he saved up to shoot his first short films. Later, he co-directed Chameleon, selected at the Locarno International film festival in 2013. He also directed a short documentary, Beyond the Hills. Bilesuvar was selected at Bussan International Film Festival and in several other festivals.
